Antonio Faraò’s studio comeback album after several years without recording.
The album was recorded at the Meudon studio, which boasts two magnificent pianos: a Steinway and a Fazioli, both exceptionally tuned by the owner, Bernard Follon.
Sound engineer Julien Bassières is incredibly precise and knows Antonio’s sound well.
WE HAD THE LUCK AND HONOR OF UNITING BASSIST JOHN PATITUCCI AND DRUMMER JEFF BALLARD.
These two musicians need no introduction, but the reality of the sessions was a revelation; their listening skills, sensitivity, and respect for Antonio’s music breathed magic into every take. I never tire of listening to the rehearsals!
